Rockford Place 1 & 2

641 Goldstream Ave

Rockford Place is designed from the ground up as two 6 storey purpose-built rental apartment buildings for downtown Langford. The development consists of two 6 storey wood frame, Mass Timber buildings with 2 levels of underground parking. Building A will have 91 residential units and a ground floor commercial space, while Building B will have 77 residential units, a total of 168 units.



TBD - Station Ave

Harmony is designed from the ground up as a 6 Story purpose-built rental apartment building for downtown Langford. The building will be constructed with mass timber with 2 levels of underground parking and will have 60 residential units. Close to major transit routes and Trail systems.


District 56 – Terminus

2840 Peatt Road, Langford BC

Nestled in vibrant Downtown Langford, Terminus is an eco-friendly building poised to serve as the hub connecting residents and businesses in the West Shore. Nearby and onsite amenities along with sustainable clean air and energy initiatives make Terminus the leading choice for many businesses. Terminus features flexible floor plans with space for lease ranging from 700 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft.


District 56 – Tallwood I

2830 Peatt Road, Langford BC

Tallwood I, a mixed-use residential/commercial, 12 storey, mass timber constructed tower, featuring outstanding views of the mountains and city. Tallwood I will be host to ground level commercial space, and 11 storeys of residential units.

Located next to Hockley Corners at 2849 Bryn Maur Road, The Arc is a 6 story CLT & wood frame building, housing 93 residential apartments with one level of underground parking.


Peatt Commons Phase 2

821 Hockley Avenue, Langford BC

821 Hockley Ave is the 2nd building of the Master Planned Peatt Commons Development. It has been designed from the ground up as purpose built rental apartments for downtown Langford. It is a 6 storey CLT & wood frame building and features 72 residential units with two storeys of underground parking.


Danbrook One

2766 Claude Road, Langford BC

Design Build Services has designed this 90-unit purpose built rental apartment tower located in Langford’s downtown core. The building features 11 storeys of steel and concrete construction with ground floor units and one storey of underground parking. Many units feature breathtaking mountain views.


Railside House

733 Goldstream Avenue, Langford BC

733 Goldstream Avenue is designed as a purpose build rental apartment building in downtown Langford. It is a 6 story wood frame building featuring 60 residential units with secured ground level and underground parking.


Peatt Commons Phase 1

2854 Peatt Road, Langford BC

2854 Peatt Road is the first building of the master planned Peatt Commons development in Langford. It is a 6 story, wood frame building with 63 purpose built apartments and 5000 square feet of ground floor retail space with secure, underground parking.


Hockley Corners

765 Hockley Avenue, Langford BC

Located at 765 Hockley Ave in Langford, Hockley Corners will feature 63 residential purpose built apartments with underground and main level parking for tenants.


Roberts Place

777 Hockley Avenue, Langford BC

777 Hockley Ave is the fifth building on Hockley Avenue to be designed from the ground up as purpose built rental apartments. This is a 6 story, wood frame building with 30 residential units and ground level parking.


Roberts Landing

772 Hockley Avenue, Langford BC

Located at 772 Hockley Ave, DB Services was contracted to design and build a 6 story apartment in the heart of Langford. The building consists of 20 units focused on a universal design, tailored to residents over 55 years of age


Village Walk West III

778 Hockley Avenue, Langford BC

The third and final building in this project, this 6 story, purpose built apartment-only building features 33 suites, underground and above ground parking.


Village Walk West II

784 Hockley Ave, Langford BC

The second building in the Village Walk West project, this 30 unit purpose built rental building is 6 storeys with one commercial space and a combination of ground level and secured underground parking.


Village Walk West I

790 Hockley Avenue, Langford BC

The first of the three phase project, this building is a 24 unit purpose built apartment with one commercial unit and covered, ground level parking.
