Since 2010, we have been the hub of development in downtown Langford. Collaborating with City Council, we develop and construct innovatively designed multi-family homes. Design Build Services understands that changing times means that affordable rental homes in the downtown core are highly desired by all people in the community.

Our multifamily dwellings are carefully designed to be part of sustainable, livable neighbourhoods that are pedestrian-friendly and close to local amenities. We achieve this while maintaining social and environmental responsibility. Encouraging alternate forms of transportation, Design Build Services’ homes are strategically located to take advantage of upcoming new links between the West Shore and downtown Victoria.
